Client – FAA ACQ

Issue: Lack of visibility into financial data and integration of multiple systems meant that client manually created these reports in excel which could  take up to a month to complete.

After our solution: Net new work building dashboards and moving financial data from on prem to cloud. Using RPA to automate human tasks to allow them to focus more on data analysis.

Benefit: Client has visibility into expiring contracts to reduce lapse in contracts, manage fleet conversion to Zero emissions. Client also has data in central location and better access to near real-time data for entire agency.
