Issue: Client struggled because of a lack of Enterprise Architecture, ALF/SELC, and Technical Writing support to support the DHS CTOD EA mission needs.

After our solution: SIG’s solution included building standard processes to support the EAB and other processes within the DHS CTOD EA.

Benefit: Client can now conduct Endorsement requests, EAB, and provide technology recommendations and Enterprise Architecture guidance to all DHS components.
