Issue: Client had no ability to track inventory on repairs.

After our solution: SIG supported the launch of IFS to track parts and location, and integrated the inventory with financial data.  

Benefit: Client’s ability to track inventory used on repairs resulted in a reduction of financial expenditures on duplicate parts orders.
