A founding employee of SIG, Paul Serotkin continues to apply his 35 years of experience to guiding and advising the company’s growth. His past experience in companies serving the public sector, managing closely-held government contractors, and leading M&A/corporate development functions included positions as C-Suite executive, Director, and corporate officer for various government services contractors.

Previously, he served as Principal for two investment banks in the federal sector, providing buy and sell side services. Paul has also been Director/VP, Corporate Development for public and private federal contractors, last with Titan Corporation (NYSE). He began his career with the Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE), where he helped to pass the landmark Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Act.

He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees, respectively, from Northeastern University and Boston University.
