As SIG’s President & COO, Jackie Marsteller provides leadership and corporate oversight for all areas of the business. Jackie has more than 30 years corporate development, technical leadership and program management experience, which includes building and leading business units with complex Federal Government programs, projects, and contracts exceeding $1B in funding and backlog. 

Jackie is a dynamic leader and strategic thinker, known for innovative solution building and problem-solving. Jackie possesses client centric business development expertise with intimate domain knowledge across a wide segment of government agencies, including DHS, HHS, Treasury, USDA, and DOD. She was awarded WashingtonExec’s Pinnacle Executive of Year for National Security, December, 2022.  She serves on the board of The Patuxent Partnership, and is a proud graduate of Leadership Maryland, 2016.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from George Mason University.  She is a native of northern Virginia and currently resides in St. Mary’s County, southern Maryland, with her husband Steve, son Reese, and dogs, cats, and ducks. In her free time, she loves to boat and fish, play pickleball, bike, and work on her golf game.
