As Senior Director of Proposals and Management for SIG,  Eric McPherson is responsible for SIG’s external communications and marketing, as well as directing our proposal operations. He has 35 years of federal proposal management, communications, and proposal writing experience.

Prior to joining SIG, Eric was Vice President, Communications at FCi Federal, where he participated in capture activities, solution architecture, and developing winning proposals that led to a 250% increase in company revenue over a 3.5-year period. He has also served as Director of Proposal Management at Perot Systems/Dell. Eric’s experience includes 25 years as an independent consultant in the IT, engineering, construction, environmental, and health care industries. He led proposals on strategic programs at NASA, DOE, DOD, DHS, and NIH for customers such as Northrop Grumman, Kellogg, Brown &Root, SAIC, Babcock & Wilcox, and Harris ranging up to $2 billion in contract value.
