Ideate & Incubate
AI ideas are sourced from customers, employees, partners, and the public. Each concept is reviewed by the AI Leadership Council to determine readiness, refinement needs, or next steps.
Define
Approved ideas are structured into Research & Development Projects (RDPs) with clear goals, scope, technologies, resources, and alignment to SIG’s strategy, followed by executive budget approval.
Build, Iterate & Refine
Solutions are developed through rapid prototyping and iterative testing, refining use cases and technologies until they deliver the intended outcomes.
Analyze
Each solution is rigorously evaluated to validate performance, impact, and alignment with original business objectives.
Document & Close
Final outcomes and learnings are documented and archived in SIG’s digital library, enabling reuse and acceleration of future client-facing solutions.
