As SIG’s Vice President for Technology Solutions, Doug Wilson puts his experience as a Senior Federal Budget, Accounting, and Financial Applications/Data Analytics Subject Matter Expert to good use. His twenty-five years of experience includes support for the use, implementation, and enhancement of commercial and federal financial suites of applications, as well as providing budget formulation, execution, program financial management, data warehousing, and analytical development/support to various Federal government agencies.
Past clients include Bechtel, the world’s largest construction company, as well as the Departments of Energy (BMIS), Veteran Affairs (coreFLS), Transportation, and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (DELPHI). Doug currently supports the DOT-Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Office of Budget and Programs (ABP), Acquisitions (ACQ), and Air Traffic Organization (ATO). Prior to joining the FAA, he was a DOT Oracle Team Project Manager with Bearing Point, supporting Federal Highways and FAA’s Implementations. Additionally, Doug was a Senior Principal Consultant with Oracle Corporation, where he developed, implemented, and supported Project Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets for VA and FAA, winning Oracle Consultant of the Year. His specialized expertise includes Systems Implementation and Support, Training, Federal Financial Management, and Forensic Analysis and Reporting of Structured and Unstructured Data.
