He has expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Data Visualization, ETL, Big Data, and Business Intelligence. Mr. Garg is an expert in Agile Scrum Methodology implementation across all technical domains and in leading business and technical IT teams on enterprise-wide implementations.
Mr. Garg has been leading complex, mission-essential programs for government customers for more than two decades. He is an expert at delivering large programs and major initiatives within complex customer and user landscapes. This includes multiple Agile and SAFe systems integrations, enterprise-wide system architectures, and COTS implementation efforts. He brings extensive familiarity with EA frameworks and processes and has in-depth experience with deploying solutions.
